Turkey Breast Salad
This real food, low-carb, paleo-friendly, recipe can be made super quickly and be used for several days of lunch. In this recipe I use a pre-cooked turkey breast from my local health food store and chopped it up. If you are so inclined to roast your own, go for it! This will fill you and keep you from becoming temped at the office birthday celebration or the vending machine. This is real food. You can maintain stable blood sugars and avoid the brain-fog of roller-coaster blood sugars throughout the day!
